Do you inspect your products before shipping?
Yes. All products undergo inspection prior to shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Are your lash kits pre-made or customized?
Our lash kits are custom-assembled per order, which is why all kit sales are final once shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on product availability and destination. Delivery timelines may vary once the order is with the carrier.
Can shipping be delayed?
Yes. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, or international import regulations, including tariffs and customs inspections.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! At this time, shipping availability may vary by location. Please refer to checkout for current shipping options.
Once my order ships, is Lashleys.Co responsible for carrier delays?
Once an order is handed to the carrier, Lashleys.Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Tracking information will be provided once available.
Are Lashleys.Co courses refundable?
No. All courses are non-refundable, including lash courses purchased alone or bundled with kits.
Do I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. Students receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course requirements.
Are your courses fully online?
Yes. All Lashleys.Co courses are fully online and self-paced. However, we do also offer in-person lash training! Please contact us either via email or LiveChat for more information on any of our courses (online or in-person).
Which course is best for me — Beginner or Advanced Lash Course?
Choosing between the Beginner and Advanced Lash Course depends on your current experience and your goals:
✅ Beginner Lash Course
If you are new to lash extensions, have never applied full sets professionally, or want to learn the fundamentals of safe, precise lash application — this is the course for you. You’ll build the essential skills, techniques, and confidence needed to start offering lash services. In the Beginner Course you will be taught Classic eyelash extension application.
✅ Advanced Lash Course
If you already have basic lash extension experience (either through another training program or hands-on practice) and you want to master complex techniques, refine your speed and precision, and expand your service offerings — the Advanced Course is the better fit. In the Advanced Course you will be taught Volume eyelash extension application.
Do I need a license to take a course?
Licensing requirements vary by state. It is the student’s responsibility to review and comply with their local and state regulations.
Do you offer installment payments/plans?
Yes. We offer installment payment options for our courses. Installment plans are interest-free and do not require a credit check. This is an in-house installment plan, so we do not ship lash kits that have been bundled with the course until the installment balance is paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns for any of our courses and/or lash kits (bundled with a course or purchased separately).
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved returns.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved and processed, refunds may take 1–2 weeks to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
