Installment Payment Method Policy
1. Introduction: This Installment Payment Method Policy (Agreement) outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and paying for any one of the following courses and their existing variants: "Beginner Course", "Advanced Course", "Beginner & Advanced Course", offered by Lashleys.Co LLC. By enrolling in a course, you agree to all of the terms in this policy. This policy applies to all courses offered by Lashleys.Co and all of its product-related offerings. Please keep in mind that we do not ship out any products or distribute certificates unless the course(s) has been fully paid for and no remaining balance is owed (including fees, such as late fees).
2. Installment Payments:
2.1. To access your purchased lash course, you have the option to pay for it in 6 bi-weekly installments or in full in one transaction. With the installment plan, the first payment is due on the date you purchase the course and its product-related offerings, and subsequent payments due every 2 weeks thereafter for 6 months. The first payment (due on the date you purchase the course and its product-related offerings) is 25% of the total purchase. This is otherwise known as the down payment. This payment will secure your initial enrollment in the course(s). The remaining balance after the 25% down payment has been deducted is divided equally among the remaining 6 payments.
2.2. The total course cost is dependent on which course option you choose. There are 4 course options available for each course (Beginner Course, Advanced Course, or Beginner & Advanced Course). The titles of these options include; 1) "Online Course 2) "Online Course + Kit" 3) Online Course Voucher 4) Online Course + Kit Voucher
2.3. When signing up for the installment payment method, there is no credit check required.
2.4. Installment payments can be made through the invoice that is emailed to the student. If the student experiences difficulties making the payment through the invoice, the student can contact us through email or via Chat (live chat) and we can resolve another method of processing the installment payment. This may include Lashleys.Co LLC sending a new invoice to the student through email. The student can then proceed to make the payment through the new/updated invoice sent.
2.5. If a student would like to pay their installment balance in advance (meaning they would like to pay the remaining owed amount, so they don't need to pay for installments anymore), the student will need to contact Lashleys.Co LLC. Lashleys.Co LLC can then send the student an invoice where the student can make a payment for their remaining total balance. Lashleys.Co LLC can only send an invoice for the remaining balance amount and can not accommodate accepting portions of the remaining amount. To further clarify with an example, let's say a student agreed to pay for the course total in installments, and they would like to pay 50% (or half) of the overall remaining balance to get the remaining balance paid for faster. Lashleys.Co LLC can offer to have the student pay for the entire remaining balance through one invoice. However, Lashleys.Co LLC will not split that remaining amount further. The student can either continue paying for the remaining balance through installments, or the student can contact Lashleys.Co LLC to pay for the remaining balance in full, or in one transaction, through one invoice.
3. Payment Commitment:
3.1. By enrolling in this course and selecting the installment payment plan, you commit to making each bi-weekly installment payment on the due date.
3.2. The course must be fully paid for with no remaining balance (including fees, such as late fees) in order for the student to receive their downloadable certificate, kit, and/or any other products that require shipping.
3.3. The student will not have access to the Final Exam or their downloadable certificate unless their balance has been fully paid (including fees, such as late fees).
3.4. Once we see that the student has paid their balance (including fees, such as late fees), within 7 business days we will give the student access to the Final Exam and the downloadable certificate.
3.5. If a customer is looking to change the card on file and would like to have another card process the installment payment(s), they will need to contact Lashleys.Co LLC via email or Chat (live chat). Lashleys.Co LLC will change the payment method manually. Once the payment method is changed, the new card on file will be set as the default card for all of the remaining payments (including fees, such as late fees).
4. Consequences of Non-Payment:
4.1. If you fail to make a payment by the due date, your course will be temporarily paused (suspended) until you pay your missed payment. If the individual knows they will not be able to process (pay) their payment on the due date, we recommend contacting Lashleys.Co LLC to discuss options to resolve the issue. We can be contacted via email at lashleys.co@gmail.com or Chat (live chat).
4.2. You will be charged a late fee of 5% of the missed payment total if it remains unpaid for 3 or more days. To further clarify, let's say you missed your installment payment that was $150. You will need to pay a late fee of $7.50 if you are passed the 3 day grace period. Once the missed payment and the late fee have been paid for, your access to your course(s) will be restored within 3 business days.
4.3. Lashleys.Co LLC reserves the right to utilize collections agencies or legal action to recover unpaid payments, fees, and all costs of collection of severe delinquencies.
4.4. Lashleys.Co LLC has the right to charge the customer's card to retrieve the outstanding balance/payment on installments as well as on delinquencies.
4.5. Late fees will be charged separately from the installment invoice. So, if a late fee is required, the customer will notice two transactions deducted from the card on file.
5. Access Restoration:
5.1. Upon payment of the outstanding amount and any additional fees, your access to your course will be restored within 3 business days. If the course has not been restored within 3 business days, we recommend that the student contacts Lashleys.Co LLC. Our contact information can be found on 7.1 of this contract.
6. Refund Policy:
6.1. Lashleys.Co LLC does not offer refunds for any courses (including vouchers and/or kits) being paid in full or for deposits or installments.
6.2. If a customer chooses to unenroll from a course, they are still responsible for completing all remaining payments as agreed upon in their installment plan. Unenrolling does not cancel or waive the remaining balance. Failure to fulfill the required payments may result in the outstanding balance being sent to a collection agency per our Installment Payment Method Policy.
7. Contact Information:
7.1. For inquiries, requests for payment extensions, or questions regarding this policy, please contact Lashleys.Co LLC. The best way to contact us is through email at lashleys.co@gmail.com or Chat (live chat box found on our website).
8. Agreement:
8.1. By enrolling in any of our courses (including courses with vouchers and/or kits), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Installment Payment Method Policy (Agreement) and agree to abide by its terms.
